Candidate 3-Theta-1 - Savael
Codename: none

Age prior to enrolment: Unknown
Age post-rejuvenation (estimated): 11 years.

Offences: Murder, genocide, black magic, war crimes, kidnapping, torture, terrorism.

Known to have been operating on Earth several times during the past few centuries, the US judicial system doesn't have words for most of the crimes this creature has inflicted upon humanity.


Powers: Superior intellect, combat skills, immortal, magic user, disruptive touch.

Purpose for recruitment: Tactical genius, magic.

Preliminary evaluation: A terrifyingly intense little girl. Memory erasure appears complete, but hatred of humanity appears to be a genetic trait, and may prove difficult to eradicate.


Candidate 3-Theta-2 - Fern Samson
Codename: Black Amber

Age prior to enrolment: 27 years
Age post-rejuvenation (estimated): 16 years

Offences: Murder, conspiracy, espionage, kidnapping.

Part of the ill-fated VIGIL super-team, Fern's superiors led her astray, causing the deaths of several innocents as well as substantial property damage. Fern was mentally damaged by exposure to extra-dimensional entities.

Powers: Flight, energy projection, kinetic projection

Purpose for recruitment: combat potential

Preliminary evaluation: Docile and obedient, a keen mind, receptive to conditioning.



Candidate 3-Theta-3 ?- Samantha Eagle
Codename: Eagle

Age prior to enrolment: 24 years
Age post-rejuvenation (estimated): 17 years

Offences: Murder, wire fraud, theft, data-theft, blackmail.

Once a member of the international QUAKE organisation. Very popular with civilians and other heroes, fell into disgrace after a botched mission led to civilian casualties. Further investigation led to a custodial sentence.

Powers: Flight, empathic powers, combat skills, technical skills, exceptional eyesight, regeneration.

Purpose for recruitment: instinctive inventor, empathic reader and transmitter, surveillance.

Preliminary evaluation: Flirtatious, but that might just be her powers at work.



Candidate 3-Theta-4 - Nikoli Goryushka
Codename: Constellation

Age prior to enrolment: 35 years
Age post-rejuvenation (estimated): 15 years

Offences: Murder, assault, theft, grand theft, destruction of property, blackmail, extortion, terrorism.

One quarter of the "Agony" supervillain team, now disbanded/missing. Associates include Hekla, Jarvi, and Warpwave.

Powers: Flight, physical strength and endurance, x-ray vision.

Purpose for recruitment: Flying powerhouse, invisible at night.

Preliminary evaluation: Nikoli is progressing well. Her rage issues are under control and she seems receptive to further training.



Candidate 3-Theta-5 - "Meghan"
Codename: Visceroid

Age prior to enrolment: unknown
Age post-rejuvenation (estimated): 14 years

Offences: Murder, assault, aggravated assault, destruction of property.

Meghan (real name unknown) is a colony of alien organisms that preys upon any and all carbon-based life. It lives to consume, and is essentially an intelligent animal. Comprised of approximately 114 flying alien snakes which burrow into and through flesh. It's unknown at this time just how many lives this creature has taken.

Powers: Combat skills, reflexes, speed, armour penetration, mind-control.

Purpose for recruitment: Intelligence extraction.

Preliminary evaluation: Meghan is a living weapon waiting for a target. Treat with extreme caution until additional conditioning and testing.
