'Recover, my ass. Zombies don't have recoverable memories, the Sobek virus kills them dead. Rev personalities are just whatever the computer can string together from their social media output. That's why they always seem a bit one-dimensional. This one is a crazy risk-taker, the next one is madly into sports, one loves cats, the next is a conspiracy nut.'

'And this other one?'

'If the weapon did it's job his record was wiped clean, so there'd be nothing to work from. He'd have almost no personality, just a blank slate waiting to be imprinted.'

'It sure seems that way. He followed her in here like a lost puppy.'
